Universal Service Fund (E-rate) Information

The Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) administrates the Universal Service Funds (USF), also known as E-Rate funds, for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) is the branch of the USAC that provides discounts to assist most schools and libraries in the United States to obtain affordable telecommunications and Internet access.
