Gateway Repair ProcedureOur Gateway computers were purchased with a three year warranty on parts only (not labor). If you have a hardware problem with a Gateway computer that you are unable to solve, then you should have your Site Contact Person submit a Technology Work Request (TWR) to the District Computer Center. One of our computer technicians will drop by to examine the problem and, if necessary, return the equipment to Gateway for warranty exchange. If the product is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty then the computer technician will inform you of other options and their approximate costs. |
