NPS Internet Filter Categories

The NPS Internet filter labels Internet sites using the 58 categories below.
Note that some categories are GOOD (e.g., "Kid's Sites").
The categories we block are noted below in red text and labeled them "BLOCKED".
I've marked the unblocked categories that pose the most risk for sites
hosting inappropriate content with
yellow highlighting and the "???" labels.
It is possible to (un)block an individual web site or page and override
the status of any categories into which that site/page falls.
But it may take a Herculean effort to block all inappropriate web sites
and pages that have (or, in the future, will) appear in an unblocked category
or web site.
