In recent years the DCC has been centralizing computing support resources so our relatively fixed-size technical staff can more efficiently maintain our district's ever-growing technologies. For that reason we can no longer fully support file servers - including network-attached storage (NAS) devices - or server software installed at other locations. File ServerThe DCC is offering very limited support for file servers and software located outside of the DCC. If you purchase a new file server or software for your school or classroom then you may also want to consider purchasing one or more technical support contracts from your hardware and/or software vendors.
