1) Safari Montage -- Lyndon, Lee and Kathryn are working on the at home access issue.

2) Intelligent Classroom - Update Lakeview, Cleveland, Kennedy and Eisenhower installs will begin in January. Summer: The reset of the Elementary schools, Alcott and Longfellow. Whittier, Irving and the new elementary the following year. Training will follow the installs.

3) Access to the Intelligent Classroom Incident Tracking System. Here is the link to Doug’s site.

4) No wireless printers – We do not setup wireless printers on our network. Our current wireless network is setup for coverage not capacity. Wireless printing could delay and or overload wireless access for users.

5) Shared folder -- There is a 15-30 minute delay after share is created before it becomes visible.

6) G-Mail log-in does not bring up NPS welcome page – Delete cookies and temporary files from Internet Explorer

7) User receives “Delayed Write Failed” and “Firefox crashes” what could the problem be????

Answer they are out of space.

8) Profile server down having a local account such as nps, test or guest will allow you to login and access Infinite Campus and G-Mail.

9) Problem: login to Intelligent Classroom laptop and your desktop does not appear. Fix: Check to see if your UDT account has been saved to the hard drive. If so, delete it through Users and Groups.
