        -- Kathryn Lewis --

1) Intelligent classroom -- FAQ’s and power settings. Lee handed out documents at the meeting she will post this information to the ISC webpage.

2) Flash drives ordered for Site Contacts. These have been ordered for Site Contacts once they are delivered Bonnie will format and add images.

         -- Bonnie Selzer --

1) Server issues resolved.

2) Connecting laptop cart to the network.  I created a mock setup of our wireless carts.  In this setup I had two patch cables plugged into the A/P and then into the switch. If this were setup in a school it would cause a loop and bring the network down.

 3) How to tell if your laptop battery is bad.

To check BIOS and check battery status on Latitude D630

·         Reboot laptop

·         Press F2 as it is booting should display entering setup

·         BIOS window should open arrow down to Battery Health.

Look in the right hand window if it states “This battery can no longer provide sufficient power and needs to be replaced”   then replace it.

4) Bonnie still to complete notes for UDT 3.2 install.

   Questions

Intelligent Classroom pens only seem to work for 5 minutes. Put pen back in holster use other and it works for 5 minutes. We will forward this to Doug but it could be the batteries are bad.
