Intelligent Classroom

The following sites will receive Intelligent Classroom equipment this summer

Intelligent Classroom Projectors

Panasonic received a batch of bad projector. You can tell if your projector is bad when looking at the screen it looks like dark spots, white spots or starts. Have your Intelligent Classroom contact submit an Intelligent Classroom Ticket so the projector can be replaced

Intelligent Classroom end of year procedure

Principals will receive information to share with teacher regarding end of year check out procedures.

Summer Projects

· If you have items that need to be repaired or reloaded over the summer please submit a Technology Work Request stating the nature of the problem and where the computer will be located.

Flash Drives

· Flash drives purchased by Kathryn Lewis will be ready 1^st meeting next year. They are 16 GB and will contain the newest Intelligent Classroom image. Directions to install the image will be provided and available on the DCC webpage as well.

Questions and Problems

Since the Mobile UDT 3.2 has been introduced the teachers are having to constantly Press FN and F8 to have the screen come up and stay on. Please research this issue over the summer.
