ENTERING AN EMAIL IN THE COPY MACHINE

 

 

  1. Select the system setting button.  This button is to the right of the touch screen.

 

  1. Select address control on the touch screen. 

 

  1. Select direct address/program.

 

  1. Select individual.

 

  1. Next you select name and enter the name/title you want to be shown in the address book and then ok.

 

  1. Select initial. The name you entered under name automatically is entered here.  If you want to leave it the same you can or use the back space to clear it and enter initials. Select ok when done.

 

  1. Select index and then a list of user number comes up.  Select one – it is simply the place where it will be stored.  Once a user number was picked then select ok.  You don’t have to answer the question at the bottom of the screen.

 

  1. Select address and enter the email address and select ok.

 

  1. Select next from the top of the screen.

 

  1. The question – Store registered information to the sender name list appears – you select yes.

 

  1. The screen with all the information will appear and at the top is will say registration is complete and then you select exit.  Then select exit or ok through the several questions that will return you to the original screen.
