Press ALT and P

The PC will restart and display Protection is off.

(Drive C changes are retained)

You are ready to install software, printers, map drives.

Protection on

Log-off press ALT and P at the UDT log-in screen.

The computer will restart and display Protection is on.

(Drive C changes are discarded)
