Parent's Application for Open Transfer
| Application must be placed with the receiving district between January 1 and April 1 of the preceding academic year for which transfer is desired. A copy of the student's grades, attendance, and discipline for the previous two semesters must accompany all Open Transfer applications.

Application for Out of District Emergency Transfer
| The parent/guardian must begin application with the receiving district.
A copy of the student's grades, attendance, and discipline for the previous two semesters must accompany all Emergency Transfer applications.
