Pursuant to federal and state law, all students in Oklahoma are tested once a year in Grades 3-8 and upon completion of seven high school courses (EOIs). The state Department of Education determines the window for when state testing must occur in all public schools and facilitates with its testing vendors the scoring and reporting of student results.
